• Students final presentation assessed with an End of Module Competency RubricEnd of Module Competency Rubric – The rubric learners and adults use to determine the extent to which they met or did not meet the RevX outcomes for the specific modules.

• Which facilitator strategiesFacilitator Strategies – Actions (e.g. types of questions they may ask or tasks they can give) that facilitators take to ensure children are learning. are being used with learners most often? Least often?
• Which learner behaviors are being demonstrated most often? Least often?

We draw conclusions from…

• A periodic Fidelity ChecklistFidelity Checklist – The list of actions that make facilitators effective. The checklist is used if facilitators are observed in order to determine if they are implementing with fidelity and provide them with actionable feedback.
• A Weekly JournalWeekly Journal – A set of reflection questions (written or audio) and student work completed by learners at the end of each week to summarize their learning. These entries are assessed with the RevX Look Fors associated with that phase. that demonstrates progress on RevX Outcomes using a Look Fors ChecklistRevX Look Fors Checklist – Each RevX Outcome is broken down into a set of 4-5 Look Fors (knowledge and skills children are working on). Each phase of DEEDS is tagged with these Look Fors and are assessed through observation and journal entries of student work..
